We provide free on-site estimates for concrete leveling work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during the work.
4. Service Agreement
A separate written service agreement or contract will be provided for all work. The service agreement will specify the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and warranty terms. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace the specific terms in any service agreement.
5. Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on our concrete leveling work, covering settlement of more than 1/4 inch from the leveled position. Warranty terms are as follows:
- Warranty period begins on the date of service completion
- Warranty covers settlement caused by our workmanship or materials
- Warranty does not cover damage from acts of nature, vehicle impact, or property owner modifications
- Warranty is transferable to new property owners upon notification to us
- Warranty claims must be reported in writing
6. Customer Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and concrete condition
- Ensure reasonable access to the work area
- Inform us of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other relevant features
- Keep the work area clear of vehicles, furniture, and obstacles as requested
- Make timely payment according to the service agreement
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:
- A deposit may be required for larger projects
- Balance is due upon completion of work
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Late payments may incur fees as specified in the service agreement
8. Limitation of Liability
